This website is owned by Juffie Hoekie. By using this website, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully because Juffie hoekie will not be held liable if the client has not read the terms and conditions before using this website or making a purchase.
By placing an order you automatically agree to the terms and conditions as per check box in the checkout window. No orders will be processed without accepting the terms and conditions.
1. Stamps
All our stamps have a waiting period of 10 working days. Longer waiting periods may apply in peak times or when there are high volumes of orders. We copy and paste the text as entered on the website. We take no responsibility for text entered incorrect. You will receive a sample design of your stamp for approval before your stamp is made. Any changes after the design approval will be at the cost of the client.
2. Soetsakkig teacher bags
Soetsakkig teacher bags have a waiting period of 15 working days. An additional 5 working days may be applied when using out store to purchase your soetsakkig teacher bag. No changes can be made to bag orders after payment is made. We have a no refund policy on bags. The bags have a 3 month guarantee whereafter any damages can be seen as normal wear and tear . We will not be held accountable for wear and tear damages. Our colors vegan leather colors may differ from the photos due to slight differences in the different bathes we receive from the supplier.
3. Tumblers and drinkware
We make use of UV DTF transfers to create custom items. Juffie hoekie will not be held liable for damages to the UV Dtf 7 days after the customer has received their custom item. The customer is responsible to use the correct care instructions when using the item. UV DTF items are not dishwasher save. The items should be hand washed and not be placed in water for long periods of time. If the items are out of stock before your order is completed, you will be contacted about an extended waiting period.
4. Juffie hoekie shirts
Juffie hoekie does not exchange any of our clothing items. Size charts are available for our clothing items and it is the customers responsibility to ensure it is the correct fit.
5. Waiting periods
Longer waiting periods may apply in times of high volumes of orders. By placing any order, you acknowledge that there may be longer waiting periods due to unforeseen circumstances and that the customer is willing to wait if neccesary.
6. Whatsapp orders
Juffie hoekie preffers that orders be placed via the inline store alone. If the customer can provide a valid reason for a whatsapp order, the order will be processed via whatsapp. Juffie hoekie accepts no responsibility for orders placed via whatsapp and if there is something that is different that what the client intended, the customer will be help liable. Whatsapp orders are difficult to process if the information is not all visible in one message.
